This is a great little toy. The collar feels stiff around the throat but not so much that breathing is an issue. And the wrist cuffs can double as a mild armbinder (with the cuffs fastened about the mid-tricep level, they trap my arms quite effectively. I can't wait to try it like that with the collar on backwards so it pins my arms behind my back!) When worn as shown by the model, it's a perfect restraint for giving blowjobs. Not only does it leave JUST enough freedom of movement for my hands that I can tickle Sir's balls while I suck, but the strap also provides him with a very convenient handle. I'd recommend this one!
