This strap works well unless you have a very thin (no fat or muscle on the bone) thigh. All our flare based toys work well with it. Its nice to have an option when one partner is just too tired to continue. And you can still be snuggly... Regular, around the hips strap-ons don't always work well and/or I have a bad knee (hard to kneel for long enough periods of time), so this strap-on is great. It also holds a dildo onto a pillow quite well (hint, hint:)
