You use the shower knob to regulate the force of water through the hose into their ass. This allows for a more gradual and comfortable enema experience.
This is a very neat enema system. It's douche/enema nozzle is outfitted for use as a shower attachment. The large nozzle is 5 inches (15cm) long and the other is 3.5 inches. Attach your enema nozzle/tip to the 6-foot (2m) metal hose. On the other end of the hose is a valve which is designed to screw into your shower. Both your shower head and the enema nozzle will be tied to the water supply. The valve will direct the water flow to the nozzle and to the shower head.
I got this system and I love it! It is so easy to have an enema whenever I want now that it is in my shower ready to go at all times. I love the larger nozzle.. the only complaint I have is I wish it had a longer hose.
I absolutely love this! I love the way it feels inside. The larger metal tip is awesome. It holds me open just the right amount and fills me full. I will definately use this every chance I get. There is only one thing that I wish that was different about it. I use it for the original purpose for the back door. I just feel that if I could use it while lying in the tub it would be more effective. I love the way it feels and the way it makes me feel when Im done. Everyone should have one of these. Man or woman, to get your self all clean and ready for fun.
