This is a simple, elegant, and very functional collar that can pass for a fashion statement rather than a lifestyle announcement in the right circumstances. Comfortable (assuming you order an appropriate size) yet overtly secure, it lends itself to any number of attachments that consist at least partly of a small steel ring, including bells, tethers / leashes, and of course other restraints. While it doesn't lock, per se, the allen screw is in some ways comparable and in others superior at foiling insolent little escape artists.
