I had purchased one of the 8-oz. units some time ago. While my balls seem to be large, they are really tight. I have not been able to wear anything but the parachute stretcher since I could not seem to stretch the sack far enough for even the leather stretchers. To install the weights, I used a shoe lace tied first behind the cock and balls, then around the top of the ball sack to gather in the skin so the stretcher could be installed. This system seems to work pretty well. I purchased a second 8-oz. unit with the idea of adding it on top of the first since the ball sack would already be contained. I also purchased a CB6000 at the same time, and haven't had it off long enough to try both of the weights together. As mentioned in previous reviews, the weights look great and feel even better. The first time I wore the 8-oz. unit was at my mother-in-law's while mowing her 1/3 acre lawn. I had a grin the whole day! I am wearing both of the 8-oz units since last night and am about to cut my own lawn, etc today. Hooray! An inch of stretch and a pound of weights. Sensational!
