I ordered the 22oz. stretcher and I have to say I'm totally satisfied with this device. It is of high quality as stated and meticulously machined so that when the two halves are fastened together one can barely make out the seam. Upon receiving it I found that it does take some finesse in putting it on, but after a few times and using something to keep the balls from being pinched it can be bolted on rather quickly (I tried a plastic 'chopstick' to help maneuver things and it worked great). As the inner diameter is quite small, it makes pulling out of it impossible, and the weight of it at least with the 22oz. is enough to provide a constant tug on the testicles or more aptly put, a rather 'delicious' dull ache. It also comes with screw in 'eye bolts' for attaching weights, leashes, restraining devices etc. But what makes this a real torture device is the optional 'crusher attachment'. I ordered it also and I have to say, it makes for some truly 'eye watering' possibilities and fully completes the stretcher. I introduced both devices to my wife to incorporate them into our bondage/S&M play and she couldn't wait to put it on me to torture my nuts (which she rather enjoys). I have to say it is by far the most stimulating and 'intense' torture to my nuts I've ever experienced, and much more so than with just 'weights'. Once she has me restrained and is driving the bar all the way up into my nuts, she then slowly keeps tightening the wing nuts, putting more and more pressure on them and driving the bar further into my nuts till I'm literally 'squirming'. This combined with the weight of the stretcher inflicts a 'constant and relentless' pain that is beyond description and will 'easily' provide all the pleasure, torture and potential torment one desires. It gets me hard every time, and she loves the control it gives her. Our hottest encounter with it is her having me restrained on my back on our bench, where she'll sit on my face while facing my balls where she can easily manipulate the crusher attachment.
