I bought this as my first gag and its great. Prolonged wear can cause sore jaws but its a small price to pay for the helpless feeling I get when i drool uncontrolably. I wish it was bigger because my fiance's dick cannot fit through the hole, if it did, we could have alot more fun. Definalty a good buy for the money.
