Very nice, especially considering the price... not $100+. However, it didn't really confine my dick or prevent erections. Just as other said, a.) the loop is too large, allows lock to slip through, loosens device. b.) leather stretches/pushes away from base of dick, in affect making it more than 3.5". c.) the metal ring at the end is open, allowing the head to go through. So take all the above, and you see why it doesn't prevent erections for my ~5.5" dick. Granted it's not a full erection, but close enough. Even hard, I could slip my dick out and then my nuts (on the loosest setting). I will say though... it definately holds my nuts firm on the loosest setting, and the keyholder *will* know if I've taken it off. I imagine the story might be a lil different on the medium tightness, but it was too tight... will have to try again. Oh, the feel of the metal will get you hard instantly, so gotsta get it locked up quick or wait for another try.
