For starters, this pump is 8in. long. There are some reviews that mention 9, 10, and 13 inch penises. Someone is lying, and not being very clever about it. That being said, This pump is AWESOME! Like another reviewer mentioned, the rubber ring is very tight out of the box. I had to seriously cut it down as I have a pretty thick cock, and I nearly hurt myself the first time I tried it out. The pump does give results. It immediately made me about 1/2 inch longer, and considerably thicker. I would recommend buying a separate cock-ring from the one included if you have a decently thick base, as even the ring caused a small amount of bruising. Used carefully, this pump is perfect for those who are curious about penis pumps but cannot afford a premium setup.
