This set is a must for beginners like me. I've used toys up to 1" dia. before with good success. Then I bought Extreme's Pyrex Butt Plug. I couldn't get it in my hole (1 3/4") and almost threw it away. I was too tight! After some thought I realized I needed to practice relaxing my hole and learning to stretch it. I bought the Anal Trainer Set to accomplish my goal. I found that the smallest plug wasn't necessary and was able to shove the middle size all the way home with a little effort. Then I tried the largest. It took several practice sessions with the largest plug to be able to use the Pyrex Plug. I couldn't have done it without the Anal Trainer Set! However I find the largest trainer plug is too long for me and can't get it all the way in.
