My mistress (wife) got this a short time ago with out telling me of it. That day I'm stripped, cuffs on my wrists bent over on all fours awaiting her commands when she comes up behind me and streaching my balls to put on a ball separater then attaches the humbler to my balls. She chains my cuffs to a hoist forcing me to stand with the Humbler pulling my balls streaching them so hard they hurt more than when she uses weights on them.
