I was hesitant about buying this one because I wasn't sure about how easily it would close down. I used it with both of my ladies on Friday and Saturday night and it worked flawlessly. It took a time or two to get used to closing it down for extraction, but after that, it was a breeze to put in and take out. One unexpected benefit of this particular gag is that it directs the drool right off the bottom handle. Both the ladies enjoyed the gag and found it to produce a comfortable release in their jaws after removal. I'm buying another one so there is no waiting.
