Not big enough to obstruct anything, but fills up the mouth and is a very useful gag. The silicone is a wonderful material for this. Would have got 5 stars from me if the straps were longer (although the design makes it easy to replace the straps), and if the design did not use velcro, which sometimes comes apart (once again, easy to fix with own straps or modifications).
