This has quickly become my favourite gag & I'm wearing it as I write this review. It was so big at first, but I got used to it quickly. It really fills a lot of my mouth & goes it quite deep, but not quite far enough to make me gag. I'm a guy with quite a big mouth, so girls might find it overwhelming, unless XR do a slightly smaller version. Possibly the best thing is that the gag part & the over-the-mouth part are all one part if flexible silicone, so there are no gaps between your lips & the front part. This keeps all the saliva in & makes it easier to sleep in & much more comfortable than my previous gag. All I need now is a nice girl to tie me up, blindfold me & force this gag into my mouth while I'm in mid-sentence!
