This is a pretty cool ball gag. The lower chin strap makes it impossible to push out as it brings the lower jaw up. The only down side to this is the blindfold because you have to tighten it a fair amount to make sure there is total sight depravation. Which depended on how out of line your sub is, might be a good thing. It makes it hard to wear for a long time. (one hour or two)
