Well all I can say are these rigns are wonderful. Having got to the age when keeping it up is hard I have found that the smallest is great for maintiaining an erection and hurts a bit when Im hard, but thats just great too. The medium one is about the same when I am engorged having taken a v**gra, In this situation the smallest one is just too painful and cuts off the circulation.
