I love this for long term wear because of the width and the narrower neck. Being plugged for hours keeps me ready for my man when he gets home. It also makes it impossible to keep my hands off myself. The only problem I have with this is the base has a seam along it which sometimes rubs my cheeks in a somewhat uncomfortable way. I just ordered the njoy and hope to alleviate that problem.
