I mainly ordered it for my wife but i love it too.You can controll the power and speed its fantastic.I use it atleast 3 times a day, and i usually do it 7 times.It feels that good, i push and pull that lever as fast and as hard as i can and i enjoy it so much.I use it for hours on end and i hate to get off.I do it in the living room while watching tv, i use it in the basement, and in the bedroom.It is also a good way to gain muscle, when i got it i could only lift 130 pounds , now i can lift 210 pounds and its the only kind of work out.U got to git one for your wife, or husband or your self, get a orgasm and muscle.
