I used to "MacGyver" a harness out of my own belts and straps- while the results were functional, they were hardly ideal. This harness is worth the money- it's adjustable and very comfortable. Note that, if you are a skinny guy like me (34" waist), you may have to mount the harness higher for the best fit. It's extremely comfortable, and ideal for wearing while going about your daily activities (in slightly bigger clothes anyway.) I would recommend getting the steel cock ring set as well so that you can make it fit you best. Oh, and a good glass plug and some silicone lube.
