This is a must have item for any male nipple pain pig. It works great on developed male nipples. As the Tower pulls the nipple, even more hungry nipple flesh is exposed so you can add more clamps. I often get and addtional 4 or 5 clamps on each nipple when I use the Tower. The nipple pain is bliss. The Tower also holds the nipple firmly in place for temp piercing. I have replaced the clover leaf clamps that come with some bare metal aligators. It feels so good when the nipple is really stretched out and the clamp's teeth are digging in. Once firmly in place, the bottom can stand up and the Tower will stay in place. So he can be restained spread eagled (standing up) and flogged and fucked. What could be better? It is also great for solo sex. I put mine on, bliss out with poppers and keep ajusting as far as my abused nipples will go. You will not regret this purchase.
