This is one of my more extreme toys. Obviously, we all have different pain tolerances and body types, but as someone at the medium tolerance level with 38D breasts, this is an evil device -- that I love! Aesthetically, it gets a 5 rating. My only issue is "slipage". That is, when I start sweating and moving, the foot against my chest slips. And we know the clover clamps don't tend to let go. And thus the problem... Initially, I modifed the clamps to ones that release. Then I found that bondage tape held the foot in place tightly, which made wearing it to parties fun. Imagine having your hands cuffed behind your back and anyone at the party has permission to make adjustments... Also, as an option, if you wear a shelf bra and tuck the foot in it, the bra will support part of the breasts' weight (which may or may not be a good thing!) In conclusion: Buy it, you'll like it!
