I just bought this (small size) with the velcro blindfold and the inmate buttplug. Master made me wear it most of the day, and the ball part fills my mouth COMPLETELY. I can't even move my tongue around. The only drawback is that this gag uses a strap and metal ring closure that has to be pulled very tight for it to "lock" in place, and it kind of cuts off the circulation to my lips (only reason I didn't give 5 stars, cuz it's a VERY effective gag), which are covered by the leather coverpiece. I still have it in, and it's not coming off until master takes it off!
I can't make a sound.
