product is great, different than what i expected tho, the weights are just capped plastic tubes and for some reason sportsheets decided to permanantly attach their cuffs to the o rings, its just nylon straps so all you have to do is cut the sportsheets cuffs off but it was a bit annoying. other that that as long as the door is closed all the way whoever is hanging from the door isnt going anywhere, overall very good product, highly recommended
