Love this piece of gear. I do wish it had locking buckles, but if your hands are locked out of reach, it doesn't matter. Unfortunately I usually have to play solo, but I've used this muzzle several times quite nicely. Once, I locked cuffs to the top D ring, so that made a nice struggle getting the keys (although I could have undone the straps). Another time I locked a pair of wrist cuffs to one end of a spreader bar, locked the other end to the top D ring in the muzzle, with the bar hanging down my back. Then I put my hands behind my back, and I buckled on and locked the leather wrist cuffs. Very enjoyable "ordeal" to try to get the right key (I keep one key to each lock on one huge key ring) while you can't make contact with the ring with your eyes & hands at the same time. Anyway, wish I had a Master to do that TO me, with another spreader bar between my ankles, and to put the keys totally out of reach for a few... hours? days? hmmm....
