Getting this on wasn't too tricky (you MUST roll it up and then put it on like a condom - there's no other way - and just a bit of lube on the inside helped) but we both loved the feel of it! He said it was nice and tight, and he lasted at least twice as long. I loved the added thickness and texture. It is super stretchy, but if you're a particularly big boy you might lose all circulation!
