if you're looking for handcuffs that work in every way, you've found them.
they come in a little green box that on the outside states "Designed For Official Police Use". on the back of the box there are instructions on how to lock and unlock both the single and double locks.
made of steel, there's no part of the cuffs that you can bend, much less snap or break.
you DO need a key to open the locks, but you don't need the key to lock the single lock. (if you don't know, the single lock is what comes standard on every pair of handcuffs, it's the lock that keeps the handcuffs from opening or becoming more loose without the key. the double lock is engaged by using the back end of the key to poke into a small hole on the side of the handcuff, which keeps the handcuff from closing any tighter.)

all in all, VERY good quality, whatever your uses may be.

side note: the cuffs can make a nice looking heart if you open them at the right angle :)
