My wife thought she remembered the Flicker Whip from her equestrian days as a mild stimulus to the horse. When used on the human male, however, it s certainly not mild! It makes a great sound as it swishes through the air and is quite capable of drawing blood. It certainly makes an impact and leaves thin red marks on the skin without apparently hurting too much. In my opinion a very sexy form of punishment which certainly makes an impression on the recipient!
