First off. I am a 21 yearold male, that has a tendency to masturbate 3 times a day. This device was very fun for short term fun, but then one day my Mistress decided to keep me in it for as long as she wanted. While being aroused at the time, this device really isn't ment for long term usage. The main issues come when you tighen the cuff and there is a lot of friction underneath (people say oil, but skin really shouldn't be kept in those conditions). I have a slightly different version as well, so my penis does not come out of the end. This made peeing a little awkward simply because it would spray EVERYWHERE whenever I went. Upon removal (day and a half due to pain), I had a bruise line around the shaft of my penis where it was flexing so hard. I fear with long term use this could cause some serious version. The one picture above has the head all the way out..so that may make it better but just a heads up. Overall it is very fun for play, but if you want longterm stick with a cb, or a custom made device.
