What can I say? The Extrema Anal Jewelry is outstanding! I bought the larger size and when it arrived I was surprised at how heavy it was, But that's a good thing! I have had it up my ass for up to 6 hours at a time, And when I'm not wearing it, my hole craves it. I wrapped the outside steel edge that surrounds the emerald with Rubber (NOT VINYL) electrical tape (also known as self fusing electrical tape: from ACE hardware) I am bound and determined to work up to wearing my anal jewelry for longer periods of time as it keeps me constantly horny. I wear it a lot to my BDSM and swinger parties and it gets me a lot of attention. I may buy the smaller one soon... :-)
