I've tried it but for me, it's just not for long term wear. The base is round and not contoured to that part of the body. It pinches and digs into the skin, so after sitting on it for an hour, I've had to shift about to be comfortable. Who makes the BEST long-wear plugs? Tantus! They understand the concept of contouring.
