WOW! I have the extra large and it was well worth the money. The is nothing like having a 14 oz piece of steel tugging at you. So far the longest I've gone is 12 hours. Some may think that is not long but this in not your rubber plug, it is STEEL and HEAVY. I hope to go 24 hours soon!!!
