I have been looking for a plug that will stay in without the aid of a belt or strap and yet be very comfortable to keep plugged in. I have tried the mid size Classic Butt Plug, Anal Trainer Kit, mid size Black Tantus Severin Butt Plugs and various dildos. The Anal Trainer was great to train my anus to take larger plugs up to 2 1/4". However, they all come out as soon as pressure is released. I have the Pyrex Butt Plug and the mid size NJOY Steel Butt Plug. These plugs do wonders for my prostate and will stay in as long as I don't use a lot of lube but they do get uncomfortable inside my butt after hours of wearing. I was hesitant about which size of Extreme Anal Jewelry to order butt went ahead and ordered the largest plug since I could take the 1 3/4" Pyrex plug with no sweat. The Extreme Anal Jewelry is IT!! I especially like the way it inserts in my hole. I bend over and place it in the mouth of my hole and slowly push as my ass stretches. When I feel it at the widest point, I stand up sharply a couple times and it slips in by itself like it was made for my ass. The bullet shape with the very narrow neck give the great feeling that it is inside me but it doesn't get uncomfortable after wearing for hours. The larger flange on the bottom is a problem as my tight cheeks got sore from it pinching. I ground 3/16" off each side of the flange and polished it to a high gloss. This makes my cheeks feel better but the flange is still too large in diameter for my tight cheeks. The ruby colored gemstone isn't why I bought this plug but I do have fun looking at my spread cheeks in the mirror.
I give it 4 because of the large flange. A smaller flange would give it a 10!!
