When I received the XL, large size, I inserted it immediately. I had trained myself to accept a large diameter item. It was great a great feeling. It took a few minutes to adjust to the weight, but was very comforting. I have worn it all day and the pleasure is overwhelming. The thought of what I am wearing, unknown to others, also provides additional pleasure. I highly recommend this fun toy.
