I recently received two pair of nipple cylinders, regular and large. These replace a homemade system I made from syringes and rubber hose washers. I found almost immediately that the cylinders were not holding a vacuum, the rubber washers on the quick-connect fittings were allowing pressure equalization at a pretty high rate. This was easily remedied with some hot glue, and the cylinders are working great. The only other improvement I plan (or recommend) is to round the interior edges of the cylinder opening. As manufactured these edges are a bit sharp, so some sand paper work is in my immediate future. Overall I am very pleased with the purchase and the quality of materials, and have the large pair of cylinders on my nipples right not, enjoying the pull.
