My wife purchased this item to use on my rather large 6 gauge pierced nipples. My wife thinks its a leash and uses it to lead me around during our bondage sessions!

I can wear the chain either of two ways. The clamps can be attached to the jewelry itself or I can remove the jewelry and use it directly it the 6 gauge hole with little discomfort. The item definitely has a great looking appearance but can become a little irritating on the nipples if worn for more than a few hours.
