I purchased these two or three years ago for my submissive wife. She has worn them pretty much every day since (she occasionally goes without either by permission, or by just not wearing them to see if i'll do anything about it), and one of the anklets broke a few months ago. Still, we got a few years of pretty rigorous use out of them, so i'd still say it was worth the money.

She enjoys these much more than the shiny latex-like pair I had purchased her before these. She can come home from work and wear them until bed time without being uncomfortable. They are a bit bulky, so she doesn't like to sleep in them and she finds it hard to type on her computer with the wrist cuffs on, so she usually asks to take them off for that. Besides that, she barely notices they are on. I am here buying a second pair to replace the broken anklet, so that should tell you how we felt about them right there.
