Spend the money, get this one. Let me sum it up and then read the rest if you want. Anyway.... For good everyday or long term wear, this device is a good all around choice. Very lightweight and seemingly made of high quality material. It comes with enough parts for average to small penis sizes. If you are 8" or more, this probably isn't for you, sorry. Easy to clean on and off.
You can read all the details in the description but here are some of my thoughts. I got it because it seems to be one of the only ones that can really be worn 24/7 under clothes if you have to. Beware in tight pants, the whole device and your penis moves and might cause some discomfort and be noticable. I agree with everyone else that its' weight is hardly noticable. After wearing it for several days one of my testicles slipped out, but moving to a smaller ring solved that problem. You don't have to shave to wear this, but I would definately recommend it because the hairs get caught or pinched easily. Definately use some lubrication (gel or even lotion) to put it on. This also helps alleviate any friction problems. The urination issue, just pull the device up while pushing your body forward to try and get everything as close to the opening as you can, wipe off when done of course. I have not be let out of this very often, and I am a hygenie freak. This washes out very well, just use lots of soap and water. I think Q-tips are my best friend, they help re-apply lubrication or help clean out the inside.
The only problem I have had so far is several times when I was being teased (someone was putting things in a rear opening). My penis was so trying to get hard it started pushing the plastic cage portion apart on the bottom side. When I started getting soft again, so of the skin was caught and pinched so hard. That was not good a good pain and she immediately stopped took it carefully off and applied ointment. I have super glued it so hopefully that won't happen again. Definately cant touch any part of the penis when on. Be carefull and put it on slowly and gently as skin sometimes gets caught in between parts, but once on, you can't even feel it.
