May I just say “thanks” to all who took the time to write a review. And a Special Thanks to XR for having reviews for the listed products. I have been into CBT, bondage and nipple “stimulation” probably since puberty. Finding a mate 26 years ago with similar “kinky” desires then, well, it just wasn’t talked about.
I would never go outside of my relationship to “scratch that itch”, as tempting as it is today with all the websites and local scene gatherings. My wife wasn’t into B&D, even though I purchased some videos, wearables, cuffs, etc. We did some bed-bondage “BC” (before children) but it wasn’t something she would initiate. So, I’ve been a real closet CBT for 27 years of marriage. I’ve purchased lots of CBT toys over the years, including electro-stim stuff. She did somewhat enjoy the violet wand, but it has resided on a shelf for a while.
In search of my next toy, and again, thanks to contributing reviewers, I began reading the reviews of all the Male Chastity Devices. ‘Must have been a couple of hundred. Whoa! All kinds of positions from male, female and relationship views on these devices.. While I was growing excited at the prospect of another CBT / Bondage device, I had serious concerns about the psychological implications (mine) if my wife thought this was an exciting prospect and took me up on the suggestion!, Would I be able to deal with that? Well, aside from giving up access to “the boys”. I reasoned I wasn’t giving up my “man-hood”, but rather MANNING UP and surrendering my “male-hood” to my spouse, who supposedly owned it anyway!
We are in our 50s, and the physical relationship had waned. Especially after my wife had several surgeries (not on her female equipment), but I was afraid to approach her fearing she was or would be in pain. We had deteriorated into a routine of getting up, eating breakfast, off to work, home for dinner, a couple of TV shows and bed (albeit 11:00 to 12:00 PM). I wanted to inject some new intimacy into our relationship, and thought perhaps this was a way to “hook” her into participation by giving her the key and thereby “forcing” her to take on the role of Mistress / Key-holder. When we are married, we pledge our bodies to our mates. I think it turns into “yeah, whatever”, and we go about our old ways of “my viewpoint first, then yours”.
It took me a couple of days of wrestling with the psychological aspects of this “surrender”, but the more reviews I read, the more I saw the “kink”, bondage, psychological dynamics for me and great potential to wake up our intimacy for her. I swallowed hard (ahem) and ordered the CB6000. I lost a couple of nights sleep and concentration at work just pondering the implications of this kind of commitment. Which was all for nought, and I would have had just another closet toy if my wife didn’t buy into the idea.
When the CB6000 arrived I hurriedly excused myself after dinner and went to my “closet” bathroom to try it on. I could only repeat “HOLY S..T!” (this thing feels sensational), “HOLY S..T!” (this thing looks sensational), “HOLY S..T!” (if my wife likes the idea of being a Key-Holder, I may as well send back the other CBT toys I purchased along with the CB since I wouldn’t be using them anytime soon!), “HOLY S..T!” (I sure hope she buys into the idea!), “HOLY S..T!” (am I “up” for the psychological challenge?), and “HOLY S..T!” (Thank You XR reviewers for helping me to wrap my mind around the idea). Zoowie!
Now, how to approach my wife with the idea. I printed out about 15 of the reviews which most reflected my reasoning which was to show my love and devotion to her and contribute to the intimacy of the relationship. I left them on the bed for her to read after her bath and killed some time before coming up to the bedroom myself. I asked if she had read the reviews, and she had. I asked if she had any ideas from them and did she think this device had any potential. Well, she had this giant grin and nodded “yes” repeatedly. Hooray! She asked if I had ordered one, to which I replied “do you think I should?”. Nodding her head, still with the giant grin, she was convinced it was already here. I started walking to the computer as if to order it, sat beside her on the bed and presented her with the key and asked her to be my Key-Holder. She excitedly accepted the key. She is thrilled, and so am I!
