I'm really enjoying this plug; I usually insert it in the morning before leaving for work and keep it in all day. I find that I move around at my desk more (I'm a receptionist) to generate more feeling. The only improvement I would suggest is to mold in a short roundish bar (maybe 1-1.5") at the end of the stem to help keep it from trying to slip further into the wearer's anus
