The handle on this thing seems like it would be annoying- but it fits between your cheeks easily and comfortably. If you have an ass, you won't have problems with it sticking out much, though I wouldn't wear form-fitting light fabrics with it because of a slight bump for me. I find it has to be in the "up" position for sitting comfortably- it helps with posture, lol.

The handle is great for tugging and twisting, which is amazingly hot. I wouldn't say it's not for beginners unless they're the type that are really stressed out by the idea of anal play. This was my second plug ever, and the first one was one of those skinny squishy jelly things. This toy comes in 3 sizes: beginner, intermediate and advanced- this is the "advanced" version. I have tried about a half dozen others since then and I maintain this is my favorite.

I don't recommend numbing lube for anyone who enjoys anal play, it kind of defeats the purpose. Lube yes, but if you're goal is to kill sensation- then why bother?
