I use this on my girlfriends. Blindfolding them first I don't let them see it and simply ask them to bend over the bench. They assume they are going to be spanked a little and I suggest they make themselves comfortable by leaning their arms on the pads in front. The straps are easy and quick to use meaning they initially protest but accept it is simply to stop them wriggling! The ankles are harder but one at a time you can secure them and then place the additional straps to the arms and legs to stop sideways movement. I have added a waist strap too.
The great thing is you have total access to their mouth (to gag or fill in other ways), sex and anus whether or not they are used to it and you can still get to their tits. This is the best device ever for controlling your friends and teaching them the benefits of total control.
