These are great. By far the best enema you will get. Just hook it up to a regular enema kit such as the CM010 and you are good to go. The only thing that could possibly be improved is that the inflateable part extends down to the base, instead of stopping further up as other inflateable butt plugs do. Thus, when you pump it up, the sphincter gets stretched a bit too, and for the enema it would be best if the rubber baloon was stuck down at this point. Still the best you can get today and well worth the price.
