i love this toy. i had one of my boys order it recently for his trip here from norway. i didn't find it complicated at all and it worked perfectly. it does help to make sure that person is either very close to a wall or restrained with their hands above their head because if he gets dizzy or off balance.. a fall in this could probably rip his balls off.
