well it took me a wile to get it in tried several times during the day and wow after i got over the slight pain of getting it past the head it slid right in and all the way down and got pushed out straight away as i pissed myself oooo what a feelling. i got myself a tens unit and plugged it in. i have never felt so much pleasure for so long. two things i think need to be changed in the design need to have the poles seperated more about one inch apart and smooth and the end of the unit needs to be rounded with stainless steel and sealed so when i get a hard on and it disapears into my cock. witch is the amaizing part of it all. so it doesnt hert trying to get it out. and hollow. i give it an 8 out of 10. with a couple of changes in the unit i would give it a 10 out of 10 and will buy it again
