the cum through plug was tight going in and stayed in place well except for its machined a little too far back so when it is in well my penis it sticks out about halfway was able to cum through and pee through but... however the longer I kept it in it started to slide out and well I almost had to dig it out of the toilet fortunatly it fell out and landed on the floor I even tried to wear it with clothing on and I was hard and was really uncomfortable it is hard for me not to be hard with it in, and sometimes I can use my penis muscle to push it out too, sometimes its really tight coming out but like I say in time it will slide out. hope this helps
