This thing is great! Very hot looking both when inserted and while wearing. I've worn it about 4 hours without problems.

I agree with MDK that the stopper should hold the bead just a little further into the urethra. Since the bead on the end is threaded, they should offer different sized beads. You might be able to pick up fitting stainless beads at your local piercing studio, but I haven't tried yet.
