I only recently bought this item, although i've been using tubing to enhance my orgasms by sucking on my clitoris since I discovered masurbation when I was about 11YO!(33 years ago)
This product is far better than any makeshift gadget,though, since the vacuum created is more controllable and can be maintained for longer.
The only thing I would say though is that my clit has grown over the years and no longer fits in the tube provided. I've simply substituted it for one of my own glass tubes and this works well.
As a guide for anyone considering using a product like this, my own clit is now about 2 1/2 inches long and 5/8 inch thick when erect. It is not obtrusive and in no way looks un-feminine. My lovers have all been delighted to discover my "little suprise" and are never put off by it.
