I just received one of these and was excited to use it. I opened it up just testing it and the screw became stuck and wouldn't close or open the speculum. In an attempt to loosen it back up the wing nut busted and now I am left with a completely useless piece of metal unless I want some kind of weird paper weight. I have always been please with the items that we get from ER but am extremely unhappy with this one.
