This is one of the most fabulous sex toys ever, although, as others have noted, the clit clamp part is largely ineffectual. I simply removed that and attached the chain itself to the nipple chain (a little lower) which gives it a nicer look and also provides a little more weight which is even more deliciously sensual. Instead of the clit clamp, I use one of the "cleopatra clit clips" which I love. Together, wow. Love this.
