I bought this dress from Foxy Lady Boutique and the dress was wonderful, however, VERY VERY tight. I am a size 5 and ordered a size small and was MUCH too tight. I attempted to make an even exchange and they WOULD NOT even do an even exchange. This red vinyl dress was less expensive from Foxy Lady Boutique, but if you cannot exchange it, where is the savings??
